So Saturday,

and met to plan and get supplies for our Cosplay as Hiei and Kurama for Ohayocon 2010. I am to be Hiei, btw.
We went to this one thrift store and got some cool stuff. Then we went to Goodwill. She needed to find a purple coat for her Joker costume for this Halloween. We go to Goodwill and she finds the perfect purple suit for the Joker. LIKE WOW! that was a greaattt find.
Then I look in the Ladies' dresses and you know what I find? Hiei's cloak. Hiei's freakin cloak. I swear it must've been a Hiei cloak some cosplayer made and gave to goodwill, becasue no ladies' dress is made black, and in the same style as the cloak thing AND basically handmade. The inside seams were so ragged, I knew this wasn't manufactured by some companny or whatever. This was MADE and I know 100% that this was for Hiei. I pulled it out of the hanging place and showed it to Jenn. She was like "It screams Hiei".
I try it on and it fits like perfect with the right length and it looks exactly like his cloak thing. and it's a back-zip-up which is BRILLIANT!
This was NOT a dress.
I want to thank whoever made it and donated it to the Kettering area Goodwill. I love you forever.
However, I am going to get pockets tailored into it along with the red lining in the inside. otherwise, it's perfect. It's like Hiei gave it to Goodwill himself.
I will take pictures soon.
ANYWAY. The day was going great until we went to the theatre to see Paranormal Activity. We got tickets to Cirque Du Freak and planned to sneak in.
Only we got caught and got banned for the day.
Shit, I say.
So we wandered around the outdoor mall an into some bookstore where we read manga for an hour.
Thus ended our day... Bittersweet.
